At SabaiFly, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how you can request the deletion of data that SabaiFly has collected, including any data obtained through Facebook Login.

1. What Data We Collect via Facebook

When you use Facebook Login to sign in to SabaiFly, we may receive the following information from your Facebook profile:

• Your profile picture

We do not access your Facebook friends list, posts, or any other personal content beyond what is listed above.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data in two ways:

Option 1: Email Us Directly

Send an email to hello@sabaifly.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your SabaiFly account so we can locate and delete your data.

Option 2: Remove SabaiFly from Facebook Settings

You can also remove SabaiFly's access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook:

• Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
• Find SabaiFly in the list of active apps
• Click "Remove" to revoke access and request data deletion

3. What Happens When You Request Deletion

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will:

• Delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems
• Remove any data obtained through Facebook Login
• Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
• Ensure that any backup copies are purged within 30 days

4. Timeframe for Deletion

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. If the request is complex or we receive a large number of requests, we may extend this by a further two months, but we will notify you within the initial 30-day period.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

In some cases, we may need to retain certain data even after a deletion request, where required by law. This may include:

• Records required for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our terms of service
